My pick goes to Quest 64 for the N64,back in 1998.
Almost all my PSP games have been junk, people talk shovelware on Wii take a look at PSP, Legend of the River King on PS2 was terrible also.

The game will not be any better or include more content then planned. Any commnets that say so are just PR hogwash to make you feel better for having to wait.
Delays are due to lack of proper resources, skill, or adequate planning by the developer.
Do be thankful that they have enough respect for you to delay the game and maintain its intended level of quality.

FF X-2....only Final Fantasy I haven't finished....knew I shouldn't have bought it while doing it....but I had extra money and it had Final Fantasy in the title ;_;

Not GoW but FFVII:CC yes, also KH's, 08 isn't such a bad PSP year.
I think it was N64 game by Rare i forgot the name. It was waaaaaay over hyped and it wasnt so special.
