I guess probably Back to the Future for the NES. For more modern games, I can't really think of any I've bought that I would call "bad." Disappointing maybe, but I usually don't buy something without being pretty confident it'll be good.

madden 2005, 2006, 2007 , they were all the same.

Fool me in 1998, shame on you. Fool me in 2000-2008, shame on me.

My worst game is Yu-Gi-Oh: The falsebound Kingdom for GC, I disowned this game completely.

Dynasty Warriors 2 (PS2) over Dynasty Warriors 3 (PS2)... that was a bad decision, picked 2 over 3 because i had played 2 and was familiar with it.

Enchanted Arms (PS3) - I read a few reviews they made it sound alright and i like RPG's so i thought whats the worst that can happen..... well Ubisoft go back to Tom Clancey cause this game is shocking to its very core.

Apart from that i am usually quite good at picking games.
