Everyone around me pretty much loves the Wii, some of my friends think they'll look stupid playing it but besides that everyone loves it. Most of my teachers have played it too.

ok the Sony fanboys who own a wii say its great, the sony fanboys who don't own a Wii say's its crap, the 360 fanyboys who one say. Its amazing, the 360 fanboy's who don't own one say its a terrible piece of sh*t. And all the Nintendo fanboy's who own it say it is teh greatest thing ever. So the bigger your TV and the higher native resolusion a TV has the worse Wii will look on it? I guess that makes sense. Thanks. Maybe I'll get a 32", cheap 720p TV. That should help right?

Fanboys are idiots, they dont know what they are talking about most of the time therefore ignore there posts, also its strange that your teachers own a video game system.

Don't under estimate lower resolution things I just got my wife an I-pod touch and OMG do you-tube videos look good on it. Why, not the size so much as resolution of the screen. Anyways hd is awsome for hd things. And yes I have a 37 inch hd tv which I love. Mine has a zoom feature which sometimes I use when playing old nes or n64 game so they look better (zoom out).
Bottom line matching resolution are best. But for me the wii looks fine though some games do bother me.

Where did you get a 2160 TV? Because I totally want one.
Anyway, funny thing is, only teenagers' conceptions of what's "adult" include things like hyper-violent games. More adults play PopCap games, Brain Age, and Wii Sports than Halo, Half Life, or Metal Gear Solid, by far. And, frankly, acting like a dork while trying to bowl a 200 with a Wiimote will score you many more points with the ladies than showing them your Xbox achievement score. 
But then, you tend to stop caring about what makes you look "adult" after you get out of high school, anyway.

It is offensive....and no....you can't edit it.
Its a curious item here, 95% of the population is oblivious ot its existence alltogether. I have one friend who bought it (he was/is an x-box man) but he rarely uses it. His girlfriend does though!
If I ask random people around here about it, odds are they don't have a clue what I'm talking about.
The DS is quite widespread though, and garners more support here than any other Nintendo shy of the N64.
Almost everyone who I know like the Wii or want one, except my pre-teen cousins who love the 360/PS3.
