Just completed the demo. Short but fun.

Just finished playing through the demo.
It's the E3 2013 one, if anybody's wondering. The game's prologue.

And wow.
Playing in person this is worlds apart from a compressed 30fps youtube video. It looks gorgeous and plays like a dream, but most importantly, that sense of frantic, untamed thrill that defined the original is back with a vengeance.

Hopefully this isn't exclusive to Europe/Australia, though I can't imagine why it would be...

I need my Bayonetta 2 fix (unfortunately won't be able to play it on release despite placing a pre-order as I have to attend a wedding out of town).

Honestly. Why are the stores updated by people. Upload them during the previous day. And have everything launch by timers, all at the same time around the world.

I just played the demo. At the end i said: Yeah... i wanna get this.

I dont want to start anything, this is my opinion, but again i feel like i'm playing a next-gen game more than i do on the ps4( and X1 by extent). Same feeling i got from Mario Kart 8.
I think the 60 fps that lazy developers like to ignore with excuses of cinematic experience is the reason. 60 fps with good graphics feels next gen. 30 fps doesnt, no matter how many excuses are created.
For me, this is next gen. No talk can overturn the sensation of playing the actual games.

Back to the game itself, the systems seem to work better now, the creatures and the sets looked amazing and best of all it ran at 60fps and felt great to play.
This is a great game, no doubt. Wii U owners you cant go wrong with this one.

Demo? Good idea. Will grab it when I get back.
