You need to learn to back yourself with proper evidence instead of wailing away in the dark in an attempt to find some foundation to stand on. I appreciate the rest of you for being patient, kind, understanding (to a point ), and meeting the mod team half way to discuss issues. We appreciate all that more than you know, and will do our best to meet you halfway as well. We want to work with you all, as long as we treat each other with decency and respect. What was Pezus ban note? Can we ask for it? I remember he was ban twice for "other" within 2 days.

I agree that toastboy should be unbanned. He was harmless and provided a lot of entertainment with his insane predictions

If he deserves it or not isnt really the point, the absolute fact is that it happens and we, as people who are supposed to encourage good, fair discussion should take it into account when things get reported or discussion goes South.

Not doing so is letting the community down. Same goes for people like ethomaz, pezus, Seece, JayWood, tbone and so on. Certain people with reputations for whatever reason will get groups of people ganging up on them, mocking them and/or bullying them.

Its our job to take that into account. Its why knowing the community is key to being a moderator, because decisions arent just "did he break this rule", decisions are "why did he break this rule".

you werent ganged up upon, only tachi and tamorn replied to you. if you want one on one disucsion then by all means leave the forum and go have private chats, they werent a gang, they were two people who responded with facts. if you didnt want to engage in the conversation then you could have not replied, its as simple as that. 

yes your opinion was wrong, it stopped being a subjective matter when it was presented that the two materials were the same. it would be like me saying i feel the earth is bigger than the sun, it would still be my opinion, but it would be wrong.

and all that is irrelvant anyways, and from this point forward i really dont see the need to discuss the material or design of the consoles, we are in here because of your comment, which had nothing to do with the subject, discussion or thread. @bolded: tachi wasnt, tamoron was in the comment he got banned for which serves him justice. neither was wrong for replying to you. 

forgive me for being blunt, but the idea that tamoron and tachi "ganged up" on kowen is a load of nonsense. they are two users who presented him with facts. and up until tamorons comment they werent mocking, bullying or ganging up on him. once tamorom crossed the line he got banned straight away, and that happened after kowen made his bait comment. 

Every poster on this forum is harmless because their only weapons are some virtual bits that are parsed into black scribbles on white background that couldn't harm people even if they tried. On the other hand there are people desperately trying to use the scribbles to harm themselves, which seems pretty unhealthy to me.

OT: God, this thread is fun. I really need to visit more often.
