From enough confidence to charge for Kinect to the attempt to undercut the competitors price. Whatever strategy they had going in is now wildly different to the strategy they are employing today.

I'm on about the UK not US. PS4 consoles are already around the £329 price. |
actually in the UK last week the average selling price of Xbox One last week was just £306.

So you think Sony are going to sit back and keep the RRP at £349? In the UK?
A third price cut in 10 months. That is the kind of thing a seriously failing console does. And yet MS are doing it in the UK, where it isn't failing. Why aren't they doing this for continental Europe?

Based on nearly all websites (some high street shops too), current RRP for PS4 with a game (Destiny mostly) is £349. Essentially a price cut already.
Hmm, pie.

If they keep outselling the XB1 in the UK, why would they cut the price?

they wont do anything offical. but i expect some offers and bundles with free games or offered for a cheaper price.

With all the free game bundles and temporary price drops I can't imagine how much money Microsoft is losing on the console right now.
Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

Hmm, I doubt it's that much. I think both consoles have almost the same price in manufacturing, PS4 could be even higher. And I heard a while ago that Sony is starting to make money with PS4 hardware so MS could be on profit with the hardware, too.
