| DanneSandin said: Kotaku has gone out and said that the sexual relationship began AFTER the journalist had covered her game. If that's true, this all just harassment, isn't it? I can totally agree that this is something that needs to be looked at if any wrongdoing been going on. BUT shouldn't we be just as critical, if not even more so, towards the joirnalists then? THEY were the ones accepting the bribe and gave positive coverage (if this is all true), yet VERY LITTLE criticism has been offered their way. Please explain THAT. Why should Zoe be the one to bare this burden alone? |
Well, there has been a lot of backlash to the Kotaku writer and general backlash towards all of the other men involved. The main discussion tends to fall on Zoe Quinn for a few reasons. One is because so many people choose to defend her. Two is because there is a lot of other stuff going on around her (censorship and manipulation in addition to this) to add to this whole deal. Theres not a lot to talk about when it comes to the men involved other than general condemnation, but Zoe and the people who defend her give us plenty to talk about...
