With the 10M PS4 announcement, I am thinking PS4 prediction is low.

Wii U is looking to triple last July sales. Sales were under 30k last July?

So yes, if the numer are correct, Wii U is increase by 225%.

Wii U must sell 87,000 for sell triple of 1 year ago.
