Published(and funded?) by Sony so I wouldn't call it indie. It does *look* indie, though. A very pretty game. Wish we could have more like this.

You know what's also indie? No Man's Sky.... if you would have told me it's made by 200 man, I'd believe you. Indie games are getting better and bigger at such a fast pace!

Rime isn't indie since it's fully published and funded by Sony, I'd just call it a digital title and a damn beautiful one, If I might add.

Ahhh, now THAT'S new! Thanks for posting. I was disappointed initially when I realized I was seeing no new footage. 

This is looking great. Getting a bit hyped!

A game done from scratch from a single company, non-linked to big companies, is indie. It doesn't matter who publishes the game. That's what I consider indie.

Tequilla Works is being paid by Sony specifically for this game. Sony has say in the development of the game, so they do not have complete independence on this game. it's not indie.

Indeed, and we know Sony had to pay somethign like 3M to fund this game ( based on leak from the first project for microsoft) so not small at all.
