A game done from scratch from a single company, non-linked to big companies, is indie. It doesn't matter who publishes the game. That's what I consider indie. |
Tequilla Works is being paid by Sony specifically for this game. Sony has say in the development of the game, so they do not have complete independence on this game. it's not indie.
