Forums - Nintendo - Nintendo has the best customer service I've ever seen...

My old USB Connector broke, I called them, and 2 days later, a new one came in the mail. I had to pay $0.00.

Customer service is related to type of person you get. Not the company. You could reach a new hire that is looking to do well on his first day and who goes all out for you...or someone whose wife just left and took his kids and his PS3. they will be very different customer experiences...

Switch Friend Code - 3664 - 9964 - 9777

Smash Ultimate Alias - Happy Lion

Mains: Donkey Kong, King K. Rool, Diddy Kong

Actually this isnt a good example because she shouldnt have made that error in the first place :X

That may be true but when the people redirect you to somebody else and that person doesn't help then they redirect you to somebody else and it goes  on and on the company is picking very bad people for customer service. That is what happends when I call most customer services.

Customer service also depends a lot on the customer as well.

People who call who are irritated or angry or just otherwise unpleasant not only make the customer service person's day less pleasant but also fail to motivate the customer service person to even care.

When I call a customer service place, I try to be cheerful and upbeat because it makes their day just a little better to not hear people complaining or whining. One customer service person I talked to on the phone told me I was the most pleasant caller he'd talked with all week. ^_^

I can honestly say I've yet to have a bad experience with customer service over the phone. In person is another story... why is it no one ever seems to believe that the customer might actually be really smart? :S

Well after working  for half a year for Tmobile phone technical support I can honestly say that I have almost lost the faith in humanity. I got out of there as soon as I could... most smart people don't stick around jobs like that as it seriously shortens your life span. So when you call you are stuck with people that either don't give a s#!t or new people that don't know what they are doing.

Customer service is key to a consumers purchase. I'm glad that I can depend on Nintendo's Customer service!! if i have any trouble w. my nintendo wii!!

I had a broken ac adapter, called nintendo and couple of days later got a new one, it was just in time for the weekend
