Customer service is related to type of person you get. Not the company. You could reach a new hire that is looking to do well on his first day and who goes all out for you...or someone whose wife just left and took his kids and his PS3. they will be very different customer experiences...

That may be true but when the people redirect you to somebody else and that person doesn't help then they redirect you to somebody else and it goes on and on the company is picking very bad people for customer service. That is what happends when I call most customer services.

Well after working  for half a year for Tmobile phone technical support I can honestly say that I have almost lost the faith in humanity. I got out of there as soon as I could... most smart people don't stick around jobs like that as it seriously shortens your life span. So when you call you are stuck with people that either don't give a s#!t or new people that don't know what they are doing.
