GTA VI....that would make some heads turn 
But seriously, if DQ XI really is a console (exclusive) game and if it's not an MMO then it's gonna be that, no question. The only things that could compete with that would be a console exclusive MH, Pokemon or something completely new that becomes a smash hit in Japan.
Pokemon X/Y. When it comes to console gaming, handheld consoles always dominate in Japan. Pokemon X/Y has already sold more than Mario Kart 8, FF15, and Kingdom Hearts will do combined.
Based on the decline trajectory of the franchises along with the consoles they're on, I don't see FF15 even reaching 1.5 million, Kingdom Hearts 3 will be lucky to reach 700K.

Calling it right now.......Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker will be the best selling console game in Japan this gen!

FF XIII could be an anomaly. Or it could be part of a trend. I asked you what makes you confident that XV will likely sell better, and you still haven't answered that. It shouldn't be a difficult question if you're so confident - there has to be something about XIII that you think caused it to sell poorly, or something about XV that you think will make it sell better than XIII.
So I'll ask the original question again, see if I can get a straight answer:
What makes you think that XV will sell better than XIII?

Like I said before ... The main entry's in the franchise have consistently sold over 2 million in Japan so why is there reason to believe otherwise ?
