If a user requests a permaban on his first account, asks for a second account, permabans his second account, and asks for a third account, will the moderation history from the first and second account be reset, or will it carry on through the 3 accounts?

It would work on a case-by-case basis, I assume. For the most part, people who request permabans are long-standing members of the site who would be unlikely to suffer a non-requested permaban bar a sudden surge in rulebreaking.

"Only" 169 bans this months, down from the 193 of May. I was expecting something worse with E3 and the discussions that it brings, so not a bad month considering all what happened.
