Just a little notation for all the people mentioning how XBox One hasn't released in Japan yet. You can add XBox 360's Lifetime sales in Japan (1.66 mil in 9 years) to XBox One's current total and it only brings it even to Wii U current sales.

they seem to keep forgeting that outside the us the xbod brand has alway been awfull. the only place the xbox has a chance is us, and it alone wont give it second place.

When Nintendo buys Capcom, PS4 will be in second place. Lol.

Even if there was a realistic chance of that happening, Capcom still doesn't have the kinda pull to dramatically change Wii U sales.

Sometimes it's just really sad these forums. If you make a poll about the consoles, it always turns into a popularity contest. People just can't seem to let go of their fanboyism and vote objectively for once.

True the launch lineup did suck. But even still now it is still doing bad. MK8 had a nice boost for the 1st week and dropped drastically afterwards. The Wii U is going on 2 years and is on a decline. Not attacking the system but with it currently having all the advantages I names and still losing it just doesn't seem to be anything that will turn it around. Not saying it is impossible just improbable.

I just can't see what it can do to turn things around. Time will tell though!

Capcom may change its pace in Japan, but that's about it.

Most of X1's biggest sellers are yet to release while Nintendo has already fired some of their biggest guns for the Wii U. Undoubtedly the X1 will take second place.
