I think anything above 50k is overly optimistic for summer months without any significant releases. Anything from high 30's to mid 40's, is my guess. I'll take the average and say around 42k weekly.

Mario Kart 8 isn't the only reason to get a WiiU, it also has 3D World, Just Dance, Skylanders, Wii Fit U and many more, Mario Kart just makes the decision easier, so I think the increase in sales is going to last and other games will also benefit

I could be wrong, WiiU is hard to predict
