ok thats fair. but its not like it had a longer lifespan. Hell 360 has been out longer and its still getting supported.

As Japan moves closes to Handhelds, the West loses faith in handhelds though this is more due to the competing mobile platform. When my little brother was younger, he got a DS and PSP. When he reached highschool, he asked for a Samsung Galaxy instead. I know it's just one person but I think you'll find that this is not a rare scenario and is very much unlike the console scene where those that grew up with them are the one that still play into adulthood.

I never actually looked at them, always the total. But yeah, they're horrible!

No but it does make me a little sad for the generation below me playing mindless ios games, it's the kids not buying the console. They're going to miss out on a lot if they're not introduced to a wider range of gaming like the Gameboys and DS managed with far less power. The richness of nintendo can help make more little gamers but they're just not getting the chance. 

Tomadochi life should do the trick for next update.
