it requires a PS+ sub and that's it.

The game is going to an absolute TON on PS4 since there's no 1st party exclusives at the end of the year on it beyone a generic racing game.
Maybe that's exactly what they were planning...
It's funny how Activision managed this: Promoting CoD like Xone exclusive and Destiny as Ps4 exclusive. lol

Not sure about that also the game doesn't look like a 500 million dollar game I guess 400 million of that will be spend on advertising it.
