As far as I know, Europe doesn't have Club Nintendo, but they do have some sort of similar promotion (not sure how it works) in which you get a free game from a choice of 10 with Mario Kart 8. If you're in Poland, just create an UK account and you should be fine.

Register it with Club Nintendo.and you'll get a download code. Also, they have instructions for specific details on Google.

OT: yeah, this was about a month ago. Correct me if I'm wrong, but GameSpy ran the servers and recently shut down a crap ton of servers...

The starcraft servers are still around and that game came out in 1998. Same with every other PC game ever.
