How? It's talking only about BL2 and Mario Kart bundle, and we were talking about Watch Dogs PS4 bundle.

Yes it does. Like every fucking media sales. Think of movies. It's first week is usually only two days. Sales weeks end on sat. The week of 18-24 was 4 times less than 25-31. Just accept it
