Now that Sceptile and Swampert are finally get mega evolutions, I guess Hoen remake was already basically confirmed with the mega Blazikenite give away. I hope we get to mega evolve Sceptile and Swampert and others in X and Y as well if players trade evolution stones between games.
And I only played Emerald, so only could fight Steven once, but wasn't he mostly a steel trainer? Wouldn't a Mega Aggron be a better Pokemon for him to use than Charizard X?
I'm also curious to see if we can customize Brendan and May later on in the game like we could for what his face and Serena in X and Y.

He knows that steel doesn't resist ghost/dark anymore so he abandons his team :P

I'm definitely hoping that previously forgotten competitive Pokemon can get a new lease on life due to Megas (personally hoping for a MegaWeavile, even though she's already pretty awesome. She's my favorite. :P). Megas gave GameFreak a sort of re-do button on previous Pokemon, and I'm okay with that. Random: Garbodor needs a Garbage Truck evolution that's Poison/Steel. Will Mega Swampert be banned? Looking hella good right now o.O. With swift swim doubling speed and though swampert is already slow at 60 base, doubling that means faster than>>>> Everything without speed boosts!
Heis more bulky but if they cut its atk by lets say 15-20, his speed will now be 40-45 but that adds to its other stats!
Anyways this is how i personally see Mega Swampert stats converted due to its appearance!
HP Atk Def S.Atk S.Def Spe
Swampert Stats= 100 110 90 85 90 60
Mega Swampert= 100 135 125 110 110 55
I hope they will also give Milotic a mega evolution!

Damn, Swampert gor ripped! He hit the gym lol. I'm also surprised how many swampert fans there is on this thread since imo he always been the worst water starter ever. But I picked him back in the day and I'll do it again since I always pick water.
The primal or prehistoric forms strangely reminds me of this episode http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/EP072 back in the day. I was only 8years old at the time but I remember a giant ancient Gengar/Allakhazam/jigglipuff all with markings fighting. It was 16years ago so there is no way it was planned, I'd even doubt they got their inspiration from it, but their is similarities (ancient pokémons with markings).
If I had to name one pokémon for my wishlist of mega evos, It would be Noctowl. He is one of my favorite pokémon but he is useless compared to most other bird pokémon. And make him Flying/Psychic. But If I'd had to guess, I think both Ludicolo and Nuzleaf will get a mega.
