I see a new IP sure, But I see an obscure studio doing it.

1). Gears of War is First Party now, Black Tusk is on it

2). GTA? Not gonna happen Already made enough money. Being a timed exclusive can only hurt Rockstar/Take-Two

3). That's the truth. Securing a big 3rd party title is simply impossible unless you pay way too much. Already existing franchises also are less likely to go exclusive due to hurting the franchise.

Not really surprising given MS's history with third party exclusives. I hope it is a game MS have funded that wouldn't have existed, like Bayonetta 2 or Titanfall, rather than buying exclusivity on a game that was already being worked on.

The article is ambiguous. Is it big third-party, or a big exclusive?
For all we know, it could be something like EA's Snooker simulator or Activision's Xylophone Hero ;)
