Problem with these rumours is even after E3 they wont confirm which game it was, and what's said could probably be spun to be a number of the games that will be announced. Something unexpected and exciting for one person certainly wont be for another.

Not really what I would call a "big game".

This whole rumor sounds pretty lazy. It doesn't commit to anything. "at least one" is such a cop-out prediction.

Edit: As for a Platinum game, you would have to have a skewed definition of what a "big game" is.

ms buys up a 3rd party game,... you don't say.

prediction: "big" will actually mean "not really big but kind of neat". with they way xbone is getting it's ass handed to it by the ps4 MS won't be able to afford anything too big. i can believe a game via platinum because the games they'll be able to afford are from the smaller studios in need of some in-advance security to keep the lights running.

both would be huge and very likely candidates for e3 reveal

Microsoft securing third-party exclusivity with a few titles isn't really surprising; in fact, I think most people were expecting it. With that said, a really huge shocker would be if Microsoft announced a deal with Bethesda to make Fallout 4 exclusive to the Xbox One. Hopefully my guess doesn't come true, as I prefer to play Bethesda games on PC.

Hope it is a game fom a franchise i don't care about.
