I don't think it's an exclusive game. Just an exclusive onstage reveal going off the part of the article quoted.

That was already rumored. Could potentially be that. I wouldn't put past Microsoft getting Splinter Cell exclusive again. That would be a guess off the top of my head. There hasn't been any rumors on a new one though. I actually would consider possibly Left 4 Dead 3.

Now I don't think it would be a very very big title unless it was recently acquired as an exclusive. Microsoft would have to throw a lot of cash around more so than the 360 time considering the larger installed base of the PS4. That is one reason why I do think it could be Platinum Game's title.

I'm guessing it will be timed. They cant afford to ignore the millions of sales they could get on the PS4 (if it really is a "big" game)

It all depends on the situation. if it is a game that needed the extra funding to be finished or wouldn't have been made at all if not for MS I doubt it would come to PS4. Look at Dead Rising 3. That game wasn't going to be made until Microsoft said hey here is a bunch of money make the game for our system.

Platinum just came out with Wonderful 101 not even a year ago and are making Bayonetta 2, I mean unless they are way bigger than I think, I doubt they are ready to reveal another game. 

Whore of the Orient? i mean Team Bondi still hasn't announced a publisher.
