So most of the people here think this game is Over Rated.

Reviewers gave for GTA 4 98 score in Reviews

While Gamers gave the game 74 score in Reviews.

That's a big difference.

GTA series is my favorite of all time, even though I have only played 4 & 5. There is no other game that I have put more hours in or had more fun. Some of the best memories of crazy funny moments.

GTA games are fun to play for a couple of hours. Kill civilians, get chased by the police, jump from the highest building in the city and that's about it, after you done that a couple of times it gets extremely boring. 

So yeah, GTA is an extremely overrated series.

They're all a little overrated apart from GTAIII which was revolutionary. GTA IV is extremely overrated though.

GTA was never a good game, but u can have alot of fun in the game.

Like the game, but it is indeed overrated.

lol My thoughts 

GTA V was one of my favorite games of the 7th gen. I played it for 10hrs straight after picking it up during the midnight launch.

That being said, yeah, the franchise as a whole is a little overrated. GTA 4 in particular was extremely overrated (though it did have great DLC.)

IV was mediocre and extremely overrated by almost every major gaming outlet. V was pretty good though.
