It is, but the UEFAlona circlejerk is too strong. The ban is upheld and people are bitching. Imagine if the ban was overturned. Besides the ban is kind of rubbish since a bunch of other clubs sign minors, but Barca is the most prevelant one. Anyway I'm not complaining. They broke the rules and are now dealing with the punishment.

Won't matter much as long as Zubizarreta is the guy choosing the players to sign. Plus Mathieu could retire before the ban ends.
