First Day Sales from Sinobi:

EO2 = 50k, 50% of shipment sold.
Musou Orochi PSP = 25k
WE 08 Wii = 20k, 70k shipped (~29% sell through).

Lost Planet PS3 = 10k
Bioshock = 10k

PS2 Nights : 3500 (~18% sell-through)

30% sell through day one for a game that's been out on the PS2/PS3 for 4 - 5 months is not really bad. It will be around 50-60% sell through first week. 40.000 sold will probably be in the top 5 next week.

@Benga: Yes but the shipments weren't that big either. The few months delay was probably the biggest factor but let's not forget that Wii is most succesful home console in Japan. PS2 version sold on 1st day 155k and PS3 version 107k.
