I don't know how someone can predict that MK8 will do 1 million week 1 when MK Wii just managed it.

MK wii sold 2.3 milion first week. MK8 can easily cross 1 million.

Watch Dogs ps4 is over 270k in U.S. pre orders alone, MK8 barely over 100k. The pre order charts are by no means a perfect way to predict sales but the gap looks to large to catch up.

MK will get much more pre orders on the next weeks AND sales will be quite above pre orders.

bolded: you were spot on on what I think, digital sales already included.

MK7 did 1.3 + million FW worldwide and everything points to MK8 topping it. you are forgetting that MK sells MUCH better on home consoles and MK 8 is super anticipated.

SM3DW did 220k in Novemebr NPD ... that was holidays and black friday ...

I think it'll easily do more than 350k (not including japan) despite comparing it to SM3DW. That said japan should do 150k+ so your prediction is 500k :0 Much more appropriate than some others here >_<    But nothing crazy like the few others >_>
