Do not forget the sub-humans who like to trade in their games

yeah, but a game like this is not one a person sells/trades. I wouldn't and I do that on other games.

Because I'm not going through the month long process of sending a malfunctioning console to Nintendo just so they might give me my game back. Also, if I end up getting another Wii U down the road (which I might), I won't be able to play it on my new one. At least Sony allows me to have 2 copies downloaded on two seperate systems, with the option to remotely detatch any console from my account. Nintendo has been promising this forever, until they actually implement it I'll pass.

Why would you have to ship in the console?

First of you're reacting to a very rare fictional situation where a Nintendo console breaks. Then you're assuming you have to send it in to get accounts moved. (hint you don't)

Now if you choose to own more than one console, then yeah that makes sense until Nintendo opens up the capability to log into different consoles. (coming)

Digital, like all games. No matter the size.

With box art like this I just can't say no!

Definitely a valid reason.

I'm pretty sure you still have to get an official repair to transfer games, unless they recently changed that policy.

And a Nintendo console breaking isn't fictional at all. I've personally never had a Nintendo console fail on me, but shit happens. You can never be too safe.

Xbox One - PS4 - Wii U - PC

I got a free $50 giftcard with purchase of me Wii U, so yeah, I'm forced to get physical, which is what I wanted anyway!

I've been getting most of my games digitally on Wii U lately, so yes I'll be continuing that with Mario Kart 8 as well :)
