Yes, soft spot for Nintendo. Hard spot for stealth trolls haters. I just don't get why they waste so much time on something they are very much indifferent to. Infact openly flagrant haters are much better than them. At least they know what they are. 

I tend to defend everything about Nintendo.

Not that I have a problem coming to terms with Nintendo's issues, but rather the sheer repetition that users here have a plaguing agenda to point them out and hammer them down our eyes (ironically with the liar who posted before me is an oblivious example).

Hence why I spend my time pointing out said repetitious actions. Some man up and admit their mistakes. Others, well.....

Yup. I would be such a sad gamer without Nintendo!

The last time I would consider myself to have been a fanboy was back in the SNES vs Genesis days where I was a staunch SEGA guy. I still consider the Genesis to be my favourite console of all time, and back then I actually disliked Nintendo to an unhealthy degree.

However, starting with the Wii, Nintendo restored my faith in video gaming as a hobby after all was almost completely lost with the N64 and especially the PS2. I will forever have a place for Nintendo in my heart for restoring my love for video games and showing me that I can pass that on to my kids.

Agreed :p Everyone has a soft spot for certain games and series, but having a soft spot for a corporation that's sole purpose is to squeeze as much money out of you as possible makes no sense to me. Regardless to if it be Nintendo, Sony, MS etc

Still, it's not as weird as the user on here who told me they felt "proud" of their company of choice ._. That really did confused the shit out of me. Blind bias is a helluva drug.

Soft spot? I gave Nintendo what they really care about and that's my money. I have a Wii U and a 3ds.

For some reason it seems like I dislike their systems one generation and like them the next. I liked the super nes but didn't care for the N64, I liked the gamecube but didn't care for the Wii. Now I'm back to liking the Wii U.

It's the same with their portables I liked the game boy advance but didn't care for the ds but I absolutely love the 3ds.

I do have a soft spot for nintendo but mostly because of nostalgia from NES,SNES, and 64 games.

However after the PSX i will never be an exclusive Nintendo gamer or will it be my main console/ games of choice.
From the past gen GC/Wii and Wii U (so far), i've been really dissapointed and sick of Nintendo Ips that they just dont fullfill my gaming needs anymore.

That being said i will always have the biggest soft spot for Zelda and will purchase a wii u when the new one is released
