impertinence on 28 April 2014
The last time I would consider myself to have been a fanboy was back in the SNES vs Genesis days where I was a staunch SEGA guy. I still consider the Genesis to be my favourite console of all time, and back then I actually disliked Nintendo to an unhealthy degree.
However, starting with the Wii, Nintendo restored my faith in video gaming as a hobby after all was almost completely lost with the N64 and especially the PS2. I will forever have a place for Nintendo in my heart for restoring my love for video games and showing me that I can pass that on to my kids.
