So here we get to see VS mode in action for the very first time! We're given another look at the character and course select screens, and finally the vehicle customization is revealed, and jeezus there are so many new parts! We also get to see the stats, which are the same as from MK7, the visible ones anyway. This leads me to believe that the weight classes will be the same aswell. After that screen, there appears to be an options menu, but obviously I don't know what it says asside from CC select and CPU difficulty and vehichles. I'm assuming Teams is one of the options too, but If anyone can read it, please translate for us! As for the races themselves, we finally get to see the Lightning item in action, and like every other item, it too has been nerfed! That blasted Blooper also makes an appearance finally, and functions the same as always. Still no sight of the mystery items, so this demo also isn't the final version of the game. Oh, and there can now be multiple Bullet Bills in use at once. That'll be interesting lol! Another interesting thing to point out is how Lakitu will put you back on the right track if you drive backwards too long. A much better solution than just dropping people online it is! Well that's what I found. Let me know if I missed anything!
