Seeing as Grand Prix is also 1-4 players, they may not bother seperating single n multiplayer, since assuming online is 1-4 players aswell, the only single player thing would be time trials and mission mode if they have it.

Did the math and yes, the stats are exactly how they are in MK7, where the vehicles maximum stats are dependent solely on the Wheels. All of Toadette's combinations involving the Standard Wheels comes out to 17 total stats. It's actually been buffed since MK7, where it was 16.25. Oh, and that other wheel Toadette had came out to 16.50. This is going off those pics Tbone posted. I'll look at the vid again and see what some other wheel's stats are!

Standard = 17 (buffed by 0.75)
Slick = 16.50 (buffed by 3)
Monster = 17 (nerfed by 0.25)
Roller = 17 (buffed by 1)
Ring = 16.75 (looks like MK7's Slim, if so, buffed by 0.75)
Metal = 16.75 (new to MK8)

Heh I knew Monster tires would get nerfed! Not only with the slight stat decrease, but also how you can no longer retain your drift boost charge when you go off road. So now that they're only as good as most other tires, perhaps we'll no longer see 50% of the players in any given race using them like in MK7! Also glad Roller wheels got a buff as they were my go to in MK7! If you're wondering where I got the names from, that'd be the same place Tbone got those pics from, being here! Too Easy, MK8. That game alone is multiple years of gaming all in one :) $60 (or your country price) is kinda a low amount for the sheer amount of game time MK8 would do for you!

Remember, money spent on Ubisoft, is money they use to hire Aisha Tyler and Tobuscus.  So no MK8 is what you should buy.
