XBone in the US couldn't outsell PS4 in a month where it had bundled Titanfall & retailer price drops, yet here it is afterwards comfortably outselling it in the US?


Got outsold in February, VGC said it was leading in March.
Got outsold in March, VGC says it is leading in April.

I wager NPD will have PS4 leading in April.

You know the variations in the week to week are probably justifiable due to randomness. That and the people that do the numbers already know and expect there will be adjustments, so it is not really worth getting your panties in a bunch every week with the slight variations. Also, typically console sales are slowly dropping this time of year leading into the beautiful and glorious time we call spring and summer.

I'm talking as of the 19th.

I guess VGC wants to have mud on its face wen it as XB1 number 1 or April and NDP shows it the other way around... again. Why would PS4 beat XB1 during TF Month but not during a month that say no new releases.

Strange that some of the numbers are bouncing up and down, there are no good reasons for sudden week over week increases of 5-12% all of the sudden, without any major releases or retailer moves.

I really do hope that no one still expects a 250k baseline for the PS4 through summer, One seems to more or less be at the exact spot I thought it would as long as they keep pushing mandatory Kinect and keep the price too high (about 70% of the PS4 in sales this CY).
