Keep in mind that both are heavily overtracked (but vita should easily be up over 3ds)

I'm keeping in mind, and of course they are overtracked by a multiple of 2 probably, but I'm just happy for that game.

And I've corrected my percentage, I've misread 3DS number initially.

It is always the second Thursday after the first Sunday of the Month... that's why people sometimes make the mistake... for example March it was the third overall Thursday but it was the second Thursday after the first Sunday.

That's how NPD works.

Was there some kind of promotion for the Vita version and not 3DS? Cause it really makes no sense.

Nah, its just more of a vita oriented game than 3DS. Even Japan had Vita>3DS. Some games do better on a certain system like how WiiU disney infinity did pretty well despite its userbase.

But both are overtracked by alot especially Vita (Its over FFX sales first week!)

Maybe slightly higher resolution chests constatly moving up and down? I just assumed that there was a big Atlus fan base on 3DS with all those Etrian Odyssey and SMT games.
