IMHO sony can only sell 5 mln more units this year (maximum)
(7 * 0.7 mln units)

Pachter said that in 2013 production speed was 0.4 mln per month.
Even twice as fast Sony can only make 9.6 mln units per year.

Taking sales linearly theoretically it will happend in may 2015

It really wouldnt.

Parity wont do away all the negativity about the X1 wont undo that the promise of games is far greater with sony.  X1 was better then price parity in march and had a big game.  Still was not good enough.  Most importantly, parity wont mean much in mainland Europe or Japan.   Europe is already at 2.5 to 1, then there is Japan which MS has no anwser to.

Sony is selling 1 million per month right now... and the sales increase after July.

Very unlikely but it could be possible. I don't think MS would be dumb enough to let Sony walk all over and get that big of an advantage. They don't have the hardware or time advantage, so they are gonna have to think outside the....Xbox.

Best thing MS could do is just release a new console that's closer to the same power as PS4 next year. Even though it would piss people off. They could let Xbone owners trade in their console for $100 off the Xbtwo.

Seems quite obvious this will happen sooner rather then later. Just depends on how serious MS is on winning and unbundle that kinect.

I swear from 2006-2008 the buzz I got was better then any game I played and now am super jealous others get that high now ;)
