Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.

No, cuz pokemon new gen games come out every 3 and a half - 4 years. Pokemon has 6 main installments. GTA has i think 7. But it obviously takes alot longer for GTA anyway. Your thinking of Director's Cuts+Remakes which dont count as main new gen!

Thanks, I knew someone would know how often they come out.  I didn’t realize they were that close.

I was thinking of full verson of GTA, I agree directors cut/packages don't count.  GTA is really two different games, GTA 1 and 2, then GTA 3, 4, 5 are more polished, expanded, enhanced versions of each other.  They also add a bunch of bonus/DLC add ons.

Plus, and a big plus, GTA is on many more platforms than Pokemon.

GTA appeals to more older people, while Pokemon has more of a younger crowd.

Not every game can look as good as every other! What matters is that they look good period, and both MK8 and SSB4 fit that bill perfectly!

Bear in mind that MK8 is further into its development than SSB. I'm not saying it'll be improved to the same standard, but it should improve at least a little

Ones a kart racer. I want what Mario Kart 8 has. Killer Instinct looks amazing. Smash 4 could have looked that good. Even Super Mario 3D World looks better.
