Smash U just looks like Brawl with a couple extra features. I'm not sold on it yet, will actually have to play it and see how the gameplay feels and if the online is still a joke.

I keep hearing that Smash is 1080p but I haven't been able to find confirmation from Ninty. I can only find second hand articles that could be making the old mistaking-upscaled-for-native goof, haha.

Its in the screenshots. Unlike Kart, 3D World and Tropical freese every press release has very few aliasing artifacts. And the ones that do have 'tiny' 1080p like pixels. As oppossed to the more obvious ones in tropical freeze for example.
