Anything that can already be emulated on mobile devices can be sold at a premium on mobile and on a discount on E-Shop. Thus reserving E-Shops inherent value, and allowing them to have access to the casual market more effectively then what they are doing now.

However, I honestly doubt they would do such since Nintendo tends to do what they want.

Would be nice to see Nintendo go mobile if they can stray away from in app purchases and those terrible mobile controls. If they can keep the controls almost as good as consoles with buttons instead of just the character moving and you jumping and dodging then sure go mobile.

What does it mean to "go mobile"? Go mobile as in ceasing consoles? No. But like Iwata has stated countless times, they can use mobile to their advantage and bring new customers to their consoles.

If anyone should go mobile, it's Sony, isn't it?

How many people own a Vita compared to the millions of smartphones out there? Also, financially, Sony's is a much worse place than Nintendo ever was.

What handheld games can Sony put on these devices? None! Sony doesn't have the franchises or library that Nintendo has built over the years for their handhelds. Sony can't put Vita games on smartphones because they can't run them, or even at all. Also, what would be the point of buying a Vita if the games are on mobile? And this isn't about money, out of the big three, Nintendo is the only company that is able to do it.

No, Nintendo should not go mobile in the way you describe it!

I'm on Twitter @DanneSandin!

Furthermore, I think VGChartz should add a "Like"-button.

That post is hilarious in so many ways.

I'm glad you thought it was funny.

They could be way more efficient and make way more money if they get rid of their stupid of mindset towards things and maybe fire some people.

I'm guessing the thread means they should make games for the Mobile phone market rather than try to sell their own system to people, then make games for that. Arguments for it would be that naturally everyone would have access to buy their games since most people have a smart phone in some form or other, arguments against it would be that Nintendo works very hard at making fantastic 1st party games because those are what they use to sell Nintendo Hardware, take away the need to sell hardware and you could see a decline in the quality of their games.

No

If "you" want to play Nintendo games(legally) you buy Nintendo consoles.
