let him talk about difficulty all he wants. It means nothing when he thinks a game with meathead bots is game of the generation lol. ...and its not even a game mechanic.

Damn dude, you ok? A lot of salt in that post for something that is an honest opinion. The power of Titanfall even compelled you to bring it into the fray.

And LOL @ difficulty not being a game mechanic. Some of you are just hilarious today.

might be salt in my post, but there must be crack in yours if you think difficulty is a game mechanic.

turn base combat. i just find it really really boring.

Quick time events.

Time limits and gyro controls.

I think we've eliminated the "might", but kudos for being open to the possibility. I guess the next step would be some diuretics.

Difficulty affects many things. But you seem confused, I didn't say difficulty. I said locking that difficulty at the start. Hope that helps.

Auto-Healing. It made shooters and other games soooo boring. Remember when you crouched with 4 health through Half-Life, begging for a health pack around the next corner? Yeah, well, doesn't happen anymore. All the tension is just gone. Instead, we got more shooting! -_-

I really hate that shit. Really.

Youre the one thats confused.

Difficulty can be influenced by game mechanics, but it is not a game mechanic itself and hence whether it is locked or unlocked is irrelevant to the question of which mechanic you absolutely hate.

Gyro controls, like on 3DS and 6 axis.

Have you played Flower using the DS4 on the PS4? It's AMAZING to actually move the controller instead of using the analog sticks.

Random encounters, "waggle" motion controls that serve no purpose and replace simple button presses to appeal to the casuals, and any type of "escort" mission where you have to not only worry about yourself getting killed but the clumsy NPC you must protect at all costs that you just wish you can pop off yourself.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.
