And you're right, the TitanFall bundle IS costing MS money, that's the point. They are not in an ideal situation, so that means you have to take moves you normally wouldn't want to.

Titanfall bundle is not costing to MS more than they make with each XOne sold.

Microsoft already has spent a buckload of money with Titanfall, from the server infrastructure to the marketing, probably more than EA has spent, it won´t be U$10 for each of the bundle that would damage MS fiscal balance.

Youre not openly suggesting it is good business to lose money on one of you products just because you already have good revenue? Not good business acumen. 4 months after a product release no less. If a product is doing "good" no one offers incentives 3 months in. NO ONE.

^ why whats the point? all bundles should be physicl copies at least you can trade in

Yeah but a digital copy costs them a lot less and since you have to install the whole game on the X1 and PS4 a digital copy is pretty much the same thing as a physical copy. Also not all the physical copies that are bundled are the same with some games they go the very cheap route and put it in a cardboard sleeve its pretty hard to trade those in or sell them to someone.

Not "very limited", really. Everyone that pre-ordered could get it. There just weren't that many that pre-ordered so it probably accounts for 100k sales or so.

100k is something the game can easily sell on its own steam for the next while though. The game is currently at 1.07 million, so its going to be a million seller soon enough regardless.

That said, its gonna see a ton of action this year as a bundle. I totally think were gonna see a Kinect Sports/Forza 5 bundle this holiday.

Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.
