Wii u hardware and software are bad ,only vita hardware is bad.

I think the xbone is more sad its getting beat by both the PS4 Aand the Wii. The Vita is seeing a sales increase because of the PS4. I think its the xbone #1 followed by the Wii U #2

Both. Sony and Ninty both deserved the failure for lack of commitment and focus on them (both slowly bettering in support, but both still appalling at marketing them) but the devices themselves don't deserve failure, they deserve both better sales, as they are good pieces of hardware and their SW libraries can, or could in future, either for their strategies and what their HW allows, complete the offer in their respective markets, btw with Wii U bringing Ninty's exclusives that are really irreplaceable by competitors, while PSV offers control options different from 3DS ones, so, while not having 1st party exclusives as strong, it can make some games playable better than on 3DS (the opposite is obviously true too), and its layout too can be more comfortable for people that don't like 3DS's one (or even PSP's one, like me, I hate PSP, I love PSV).

Vita. As a sony fan, this comes to no one's surprise.

It's a great device that lives in the shadow of the 3DS, despite it being more powerful. The lack of heavy hitter titles is really holding it back, as well as its rough start.

They are flops but it doesn't make me sad, i play loads of great games on Vita, what do i care if others don't. Its there loss not mine, they should be the sad ones :)

Wii U will be had this year and im sure ill feel the same.

Vita; it's really a shame that it hasn't caught fire the way I thought it would, it has an amazing library of games, got a price cut and yet still nothing. the only good that seems to be coming out of it is that the Vita seems to be coming the "niche" for indies and low title Japanese games which is right up my alley!!!

what bodes well for Sony is that the PS4 is setting the world on fire, and hopefully the vita can reach atleast "slow burner" sales effect because of it

The Vita is sadder in the sense in that's it's the better product, and unlike the Wii U, actually deserved success.

But otherwise the failure of the Vita hasn't seemed to affect the image of Sony much overall for some reason and is supposedly perfectly profitable. On the other hand, Nintendo has been bleeding money and getting doomsday articles left and right solely because of the Wii U, even though what people SHOULD be focusing on is its declining handheld sector (considering their home console sector has always been a gamble while their handheld sector has always been a success, the lifeblood carrying them effortlessly through any other trouble).

I own both systems. And I'm equally sad for both. However, they both deserved to flop due to the arrogance of both companies (nintendo and sony).

Correction: This is in YOUR opinion WAY more than what the Wii U has to offer.

Both systems are screwed, despite the Sony and Nintendo Fanboys saying otherwise. Xbox One is heading down that path too....

Probably Wii U... Only because it actually has the AAA games that core Nintendo gamers should want to play, even if most of them aren't out yet (kart, smash)
