Which flop makes you sadder?

The Wii U. Come on people, buy it! 332 42.29%
 
The Vita. I cried many nights over it. 220 28.03%

Its sadder that the Vita flopped because it is such an amazing peice of hardware that you do not realize until you actually sit down and play it. Hopefully it will keep getting support though. I love mine so much!

You're allowed to have an opinion, but it becomes an issue when you start spewing it hatefully. Have fun in your fantasy world where everyone's out to get you for speaking the truth though ;)

The WiiU is sadder. Nintendo could have really done something cool with their new console. Instead it's just floundering.

The Vita seems like a great horse drawn carriage after the automobile came out. It is a nice piece of tech, but the market for tiny game only machines has moved on. Now, I know you are going to say, What about the 3DS? Well, that is largely seen as a kid's toy. Like the Gameboy, and other kid friendly Nintendo handhelds. Would like to see some stats on the average 3DS user. I bet they are pretty young.



 

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.

The Vita, as it is basically everything fans/haters of PSP and DS could ask for. The functions of a tablet with the power to put forth great games.

The system gets marred with the accusation of it being nothing but ports but no one wants to pay any attention to the phenomenal exclusives (physical and Digital) that have been coming to the system. Gravity Rush, Guacamelee, Sound Shapes, New Little King Story, Soul Sacrifice, Uncharted GA, Super Stardust Delta, Smart As.., Dangan Ronpopa, Y's: Memories of Celceta, Persona 4:Golden(highest rated JRPG in last decade), Unit 13, Killzone Mercs, Assassin's Creed 3:Liberations, Escape Plan, Tearaway, LBP Vita. And the list goes on and on.

This is WAY more than what the WiiU ever had to offer. If any failing system deserved to live, its the Vita. Only thing that comes close is the Dreamcast.

Vita has a lot of excellent games and people dont know about them, they think " it has no games"
It's much more sadder  than Wii U flop because people know about  Wii U games, it's just they dont care.



Predictions for end of 2014 HW sales:

 PS4: 17m   XB1: 10m    WiiU: 10m   Vita: 10m

No, the WiiU is underpowered compared to the PS4, doesn't even have an account system, makes use of a gimmick controller instead of a good, traditional one?

Square Enix was on fire at that time, my first FF was FFX + KH was F-ing Amazing! GoW too

Although I'm a Sony fan, I have almost no interest in handhelds so I don't feel sad for Vita.

I feel more sad that Nintendo blew it with Wii U by not having games for it while it had a clear year head start.

It's too soon to call XB1 a flop.  Let's wait until after March .
