how is it bashed, i hvent seen any bashing.

i have it on my x1 , and sorry im already bored of it.  its good its fun but severly overhyped.  mostly by xbox fanboys desperate for a knight in shining armour in the wake of ps4 ass kicking.

"Looks awesome" in terms of graphics?  Not remotely true.  Even on the highest end PC that can turn up the res and AA to max, this is an old-engine game with unimpressive lighting and rendering technology.

"Looks awesome" in terms of art direction?  That really sounds like personal preference, and I'm not sure if anybody is really making that argument, that the art per se is particularly unique and compelling.

"Looks awesome" in terms of gameplay?  That really sounds like personal preference, again.  I can say that personally, while I'm not opposed to AI bots as such, the dynamic of easily stealing mechs from AI seems to ruin the dynamics for me, IMHO there shouldn't be AI Titans that you can drive, all AI should be pure 'robots', and only PLAYER Titans can be hijacked and taken over.  

I don't mind people hyping a game. Even if it looks hardly interesting to me. Hype away, guys.

Obviously getting Atelier Escha & Logy, Dark Souls 2, and Titanfall on the same day would be the smarter choice :D

Fanboys overhyping, fanboys downplaying. Seems like run of the mill forum behaviour to me. Nothing new here, so shut up Tea.

The game is great, and does not feel like COD at all because of the amount of movement that you have and of course the mechs. Im playing it on PC and easily get 60fps with a gtx 680, and its in beta, so it will only get better when they optimize the game more and some new drivers come out for it. Can't wait! This is coming from a Playstation user!

Just looks like another generic first-person shooter, in my opinion. I'm sure fans of the genre will be pleased, though. 

I loved it, looks an enthusiastic FPS, wonder if it'll cross through platforms. My main issue with it, is being MP Only, I always suck at Online MP.. But still I'd like to try it if I ever get an XBONE.
Given the fact of it being exclusive pushes the hype even further.
