That's the source of the 41 minute image. As a placeholder for the live stream, it shows up for a minute.

Guessing you need to update your flash player :p

The whole 41 minutes are not going to be dedicated to the Wii U, so I don't expect there to be big news. Chances are they may blow 20 min on the 3DS.

A SRPG series sort of like Fire Emblem originally developed by Camelot. I don't think there has been a traditional Shining Force since Camelot stopped working with Sega though there has been Shining games

So I suppose this would the the official outlet where it comes from.  Probably the reason why when I searched the image it didn't come up is because it's on the video player.
