How much do you think the Wii U is going to sell by the end of 2014? With exclusive games such as DKC: Tropical Freeze, Mario Kart 8, Super Smash Bros U, X, Bayonetta 2, Hyrule Warriors, and other unannounced games slated for this year. I believe the Wii U will have a total of 10-12.5 million consoles by the end of 2014. What do you think?

10.8m, I'm being optimistic.

The 2014 holidays are a given for decent sales, we have seen that already last year. It hinges on whether Wii U can beat out the terrible sales it had from Jan- Sept. Im confident it can beat those quite easily.
If Wii U can stay popular in Japan, solid in America and have a boost in Europe, there is no reason why it cant be sitting on 11-12 million sold by the end of 2014.

Less than Zero999 predicts. I wonder how will the "big" hitters affect Wii Us sales pattern, if they fail there will be absolutely no hope left.

With the games I listed, I really think it SHOULD sell no less than 9-10 million by the end of 2014, but only time (software and hardware sales) will tell. Thanks for the feedback people!

well, after the last of this year's data comes in wiiU will have sold ~3M this year so i think 8M is a lock. i think wiiU will have at last some growth YoY so i'd guess 9-10M.
