I'll admit, I haven't finished a lot of Zelda games, but I'm played all of them and have a good idea on what to vote for. I really loved Skyward Sword, and Ocarina of Time, but Majora's Mask was my favorite. It was just so different from the normal Zelda, and Link in that Fierce Diety Mask was pretty awesome.

Ocarina of Time was good, but I remember as a kid I was stuck in Jabba Jub's (whatever) Belly, and never got to enjoy the adult portion of the game until I was older. However the bosses and dungeons as Adult link were awesome. I'm not really a fan of top-down Zelda's, but I did enjoy Link's Awakening and Oracle of Ages/Seasons. They really felt like they pushed the GB.
