The Last of Us by a mile. GTA V was amazing but The Last of Us was so refreshing and unique. In fact it's not only one of the best games of this year or gen. But one of the greatest ever made hands down.
I haven't beaten it yet... but A Link Between Worlds, unless it messes up its final portion, is my current GOTY.

Best indie game = State Of Decay ( not sure this is an indie game or not )
Best AAA game = The Last Of Us. GTA V dissapoint me in many ways. Even GTA IV i think is better than GTA V.
