Forza games average a 90. Its going to bump up the Xbox Ones average score regardless of whatever Ryse does. No worries. MS has the launch in the bag.

All in all, pretty decent figures for a console launch, and close enough over all that people really need to shut up with the "x is better than y" nonsense, if it wasnt for lococycle and crimson dragon dragging the average down they would more or less be freaking identical.

I really have never gotten the point of averaging entire libraries as a metric for what console has the best games.

How many people realistically play every game available? Average the top five - at most. The attach rate at launch will be maybe 3, if either console is lucky.
