xenoblade, last story, metroid prime trilogy, smash bros brawl, red steel 1/2, mad world, no more heroes 1/2, DKCR, kirby epic yarn, sonic colours, DK jungle beat, resident evil 4, shadow tale, tatsunoko vs capcom, sin and punishment, rythm and heaven, world of goo, punch out, wii sport resort(sword play), goldeneye 007, okami, metroid other m(the gameplay is very good, although the lack of exploration, and the mess in story, is a good action game).

although i think the WWHD is a better zelda experience than TP or SS...

If you can find Xenoblade or the Metroid Prime Trilogy for less than eighty dollars...

The Art Style series is a hidden Nintendo gem...
From that series, I most recommend Orbient and Light Trax...
Donkey Kong Country Returns is as good as the original DKC games, but the 3DS version doesn't impose unnecessary motion controls on you...

60$ with no controllers or games? You can find a much better deal.

Get an older one off of craigslist and mod it. That's the best thing you can do.

If you like RPGs: don't miss Xenoblade.
If you like Action Adventures: nothing can go wrong with Zelda (both of them).
Pikmin new Play Control is a great strategy-game.

You should get WiiSport and WiiSportResort, they are pretty good games. Don't bother with WiiPlay though.

No games or controllers for $60?.. You, sir, got taken for a ride.

I'm sure you could find a Wii U on Craigslist pretty much brand new for $200 in time. $60 seems a bit much for just a Wii that doesn't include controllers.
